- We replace bags with cracked print, seam failure, or more than 1 cm size deviation

Your artwork, your rights
The print is normally the customer’s own design, so the permission has to travel with it. Before a run starts there is one question: do you have the right to put this on a bag?
- You confirm that you own the artwork, logos and text you send us, or that the owner has given written permission to print them.
- We do not print third-party brand logos, club or team marks, celebrity portraits, band names, film or game artwork, or another company’s product design unless you send proof of a licence.
- We can pause or refuse an order when a file looks like someone else’s protected work, and we will say why. If production has already started we contact you before it continues.
- Rights stay with you. We take no ownership of your artwork and we do not reuse, resell or publish it without your written OK.
- Who carries the risk. If a third party claims the print infringes their rights, the customer who supplied the artwork handles the claim and the cost, not the workshop.
