We have been making custom canvas bags for [replace: number] years from a workshop in [replace: city]. It started with a few bags for friends who needed something to carry a camera in, and the shapes we settled on then are still the ones we keep in production.
What we do is narrow: cotton canvas, screen print, heat transfer, small embroidery. We do not work in leather and we do not do full-surface digital printing, because we would rather not pretend at it.
Three things we are firm about
- A physical sample goes out before a run starts. A mock-up is not a finished bag.
- Dye lots differ. Cloth from a later batch can sit a shade off, and we say so up front.
- Every bag is checked for loose thread and print alignment before it ships.
