Anything in <span style=\"color:#c2410c\">orange<\/span> is a figure only you can set.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Returns on a custom bag<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">None. Once the deposit clears, your artwork has committed a screen, a run of cloth and press time that no other buyer can use. Change of mind, a colour that reads differently in daylight, a size or quantity you ordered wrong &#8211; these are not return reasons. The printed proof you approved is what ships, and it is the record of what was agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Colour is the usual argument, so it is settled here: a screen shows colour by backlight and cotton shows it in daylight, the two never agree, and a shade that looks different outside is not a defect. Exact colour matching is done against a physical reference and only if you ask before the sample run. <span style=\"color:#c2410c\">[replace] state whether you offer a printed strike-off on a blank bag, and what it costs.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Blank bags<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unprinted stock only, within <span style=\"color:#c2410c\">14 days<\/span> of delivery, unused and in the original carton. You pay the freight back to us. We refund the bag price less the outbound freight and a <span style=\"color:#c2410c\">[replace] __% restocking deduction &#8211; delete this clause entirely if you would rather not charge one<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What counts as a fault<\/h2>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Print that cracks or peels.<\/li>\n<li>A seam that fails.<\/li>\n<li>A finished size more than <span style=\"color:#c2410c\">1 cm<\/span> outside the approved spec, or shrinkage beyond the <span style=\"color:#c2410c\">3%<\/span> first wash.<\/li>\n<li>A bag that is not the one you approved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Send photos of the piece, the outer carton and the order number within <span style=\"color:#c2410c\">7 days<\/span> of delivery, and wait for our reply before posting anything back. <span style=\"color:#c2410c\">[replace] returns email address<\/span>. <span style=\"color:#c2410c\">[replace] returns address, and which carriers you accept<\/span>. A parcel that arrives without a claim number is not treated as a claim.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our remedy is a remake of the affected pieces or a credit against a future order, at our choice. We do not pay your inbound freight, your import duty, your bank charges, or anything beyond the price of the affected bags.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancelling an order<\/h2>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Before the deposit clears.<\/strong> Cancel any time, nothing owed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>After the deposit clears.<\/strong> The deposit is not refundable &#8211; it has already bought cloth and a screen. Anything not yet produced is simply not invoiced.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color:#c2410c\">[replace] state the deposit share you charge, for example 50% of the order value.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds, freight and duty<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A refund is issued only after we accept a claim, back out by the method that paid us, within <span style=\"color:#c2410c\">[replace] ___ working days<\/span>. For a bank transfer we need the account name and number; your own bank keeps its fee. Outbound freight already paid to a carrier is not refunded, and import duty and taxes collected by your customs are never recoverable through us &#8211; even when a parcel is cancelled or sent back.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a parcel arrives damaged, note the damage on the carrier proof at the door and photograph the carton before opening it. A clean signature voids the freight claim; the bags themselves are then handled under the fault rules above.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your local law<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is a commercial policy for made-to-order goods between businesses.
