Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and exclude import duty. A quote is valid for 30 days. An order becomes binding when the deposit is paid.

Refunds, returns and cancellations

Goods printed to your artwork are made to order and are not returnable. Blank bags with nothing of yours on them may go back within 14 days, unused and in the original carton, at your shipping cost. Faults are the exception: within 7 days of delivery, with photos, and our remedy is a remake or a credit at our choice. Cancelling costs nothing until the deposit clears; after it clears the deposit is not refundable.

The full operating rules – what counts as a fault, how to claim, where a return goes, how a refund is paid and what happens to duty – are on Returns & refunds. Both pages are kept in step; this one is the contract.

What we store

Name, email, delivery address and order history, so we can fulfil orders and answer you later. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach us. Ask, and we delete your record.

Essential cookies support the cart and checkout. If you choose to accept analytics in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visitor countries, pages viewed, completed contact forms and approximate engagement time. Analytics reports help us improve the site and respond to demand. You can reject analytics and change your choice later through the cookie settings control.
