Nothing ships until the bags exist. Allow 3 working days<\/span> for the mock-up and sample photo, then 7 to 10 working days<\/span> in production<\/strong>, and read every transit figure below as time from dispatch rather than from the day you ordered. Cart orders under $300 pay a flat $25 for standard worldwide shipping (5 to 8 working days<\/span>); orders of $300 and over ship free on that same service. Bulk freight by sea or air is quoted per shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n

Transit figures are what the carrier promises once the carton leaves us. They are not a delivery date, and customs holds are not inside them.<\/p>\n\n\n

Working days behind the bags<\/h2>\n\n\n

Working days run Monday to Friday and exclude the shutdown weeks our workshop goes dark for. The clock starts when both of these are true: your artwork is approved as a file, and the deposit has cleared. A design that comes back changed mid-run restarts the production window, not the freight window.<\/p>\n\n\n

Packaging<\/h2>\n\n\n

Folded, one bag per paper sleeve, 25 pieces to a carton. Cartons are 60 x 40 x 40 cm and weigh about 12 kg when full. Individual gift packaging on request.<\/p>\n\n\n

Duties and taxes<\/h2>\n\n\n

Quotes are ex-works unless we agree otherwise. Import duty and local taxes (VAT, GST) are paid by the receiver, and every country applies them differently, so check your own tariff before ordering. We declare the true value on every commercial invoice.<\/p>\n\n\n

If something arrives wrong<\/h2>\n\n\n

Photograph it before you pack anything back, then read Returns & refunds<\/a>. In short: send photos within 7 days<\/span> of delivery, and cracked print, seam failure or a size deviation over 1 cm gets remade or credited. Duty and taxes already paid to your own customs are not refundable by us.<\/p>\n\n\n
